• Let’s all be democrats again, like we were on november 22, 1963

Redistricting by eliminating entire districts

I intend to propose, if elected, to sue to eliminate potentially 40 democratic assembly seats including my own. That will force redistricting of the entire state and save millions of taxpayers’ money for better use. once i am elected I will have standing to sue. not until then.

every election of a Democrat at present is a robbery of rights because republicans do not allow democrats to propose new laws and have no realistic chance to vote for them because the GOP majority refuses. they won. let’s face it and help them in their terms to rebuild rather than gripe. one definition of insanity is doing the same things and expecting different results every time. if we do not change what we democrats do, we will get another trump and hard core GOP and lose social security.

Therefore, it does not matter that my democratic opponent in the primary election is an environmental expert (he really is), because he can never use that expertise. The republicans will not let him. We do not need Democratic districts at this time. they waste taxpayer money and misrepresent to voters that they are actually doing something meaningful, because the republicans control the entire legislature and largely ignore democrats as if they are tourists.

Redistricting to make equal numbers of Democrats and republicans in every district by eliminating democratic districts will solve that problem.

But 300 lawyers and legislators and “friends of the Court” tried to argue to redistrict the 99 districts to the Wisconsin Supreme Court in 2023 like reshuffling the seats on the titanic, with no luck. Because the state constitution allows redistricting once every 10 years, there is a good chance the state supreme court will refuse another challenge of the same kind in this decade.

Not so fast. the Wisconsin constitution does NOT bar a different kind of challenge: eliminating assembly seats. That would force new districts by merging districts together without waiting for the normal 10 year cycle to redistrict. Never happened before. This is what it means to dream of things that never were and ask, why not?

Democrats do this. Yes we do.

The reason the prior effort failed is because district A with democrats under the state and federal constitutions is not permitted to jump district b and take democrats from district c and put them into district a. The voters taken must be “continguous”, or next to the original target district to be increased. we cannot play checkers with votes.

But I propose to eliminate districts b and C completely. The new district will be District ABC, and it will have 50% GOP and 50% democrats and every issue will have a fair chance of winning with both parties engaged and every vote on the legislative floor will show a real democracy. every county and every ward will have new power it does not have now. fairness for a change. every voter will be listened to. troublemaking.

I would also argue the 2024 settlement was unconstitutional because it left in place an unconstitutional division that did not give one man, one vote effectively. That was not a fundamental right in 1848 when the state constitution was created, and no rational person can argue that the votes of the republican 74th assembly district now are equal in voting power to any of the democratic milwauwkee assembly districts. and no democrat now has equal voting power to any republican. in The background of this page you can now see is a record from 1848 showing unequal voting power from the start of the state that i collected from the wisconsin archives at the U.Wisconsin. the intent was to deny equal protection.

but in 1963 one man one vote equality was declared to be a fundamental constitutional right for voting districts and that imposed an automatic change in the wisconsin constitution that makes the unequal assembly districts void.

so the state court had no power to approve the 2024 violation of equal protection. Gray v. Sanders, 372 U.S. 368, 381 (1963)(“The conception of political equality ... can mean only one thing—one person, one vote."), and Lucas v. Forty-Fourth General Assembly of Colorado, 377 U.S. 713, 739 (1964)(A state constitution cannot authorize an electoral system that violates federal constitutional rights), and Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 557-59 (1964)(a state constitution that allows unequal voting power depending on where the voters lived, violates the federal constitution and is void), and Schlesinger v. Wisconsin, 270 U.S. 230, 240 (1926)(“the State is forbidden to deny due process of law, or the equal protection of the laws, for any purpose whatever”).

I learned these rules of law as a teaching assistant to two professors at harvard law school, it is the sames rules taught in every law school of every justice on this wisconsin supreme court. the u.s. supreme court corrected this court in the Schlesinger Case and they may do it again. If i am elected it will give me standing to sue to make these changes, and the wisconsin supreme court may agree. They already held the system in place since 2010 was unconstitutional, But they left in place the same system in 2024. or, if this court denies my lawsuit i will appeal to the u.s. supreme court. i rest my case.

Precedent of the 2024 case cannot block my lawsuit

the reason the 2024 decision of the Wisconsin Supreme Court will not block me is that the bases I have found now were not raised nor argued in the prior court efforts to redistrict. therefore, i can raise these new arguments in my first year in office next year. Webster v. Fall, 266 U.S. 507, 511 (1925)(“Questions which merely lurk in the record, neither brought to the attention of the court nor ruled upon, are not to be considered as having been so decided as to constitute precedents”).

I offer this now, to suggest I know goverment. Nobody else has even thought of deflating the size of the state bureaucracy to force redistricting and rescue democracy (and save taxpayers money). maybe I think too highly of myself and miss gaps. some think so. If the purpose is electing someone who knows how to ride a government rodeo, I can. my opponent, as decent as he is, can also try if he wins. And i would support his efforts. but i think it would be a bit harder for him and I could not represent him.

the campaign manager and treasurer of my democratic opponent told me when i ran into them going door-to-Door that the democratic parties of our counties are already behind him and have raised a lot of money for his campaign (offering nothing to help me) and the entire democratic caucus in Madison have endorsed him and i do not have a spit of a chance. i believe them. Same Sex politics controls all of those democratic parties, and all of the Republican Parties in every county in wisconsin. I challenge the same sex management of all of them. they may not like that. But Our party must change to succeed. the democratic party will not propose change that will win democrats who voted for trump. i will.

On july 12, 2026 the washington bureau chief for the USA today paper (“dems’ disarray is only growing”, at p. 1) reported democrats all over the nation are in trouble because they do not know what to do and are facing a future of losses. the wisconsin Democratic Party Chair Devin Remiker, acknowledged to the Wall Street Journal days ago: “many of our donors do not have complete faith in the Democratic Party.”

This is why. The democratic party everywhere is under the thumb of the LGBT and must abandon them to be trusted again. yet they will not, unless the chippewa valley does so by riding with me now. nor will the repuplican in office. He had 2 years to step up against the LGBT and would not. scaredy cat. will not dare to offend the LGBT. but if i win we will start a movement that will rescue children, this state and the union because as the chippewa valley goes, so goes the nation.

and Misery loves company. The entire democratic caucus in madison supports my opponent because he will do nothing to Offend the LGBT. I will. I do so now. We must, to avoid another crazy republican president.

I do not need any of my own democrats who obey the orders of the same sex society to endorse or agree with me nor the petition i intend to make to the wisconsin supreme court. if you vote for me, your vote alone has greater weight than both parties together in the legislature because they cannot stop you in a secret ballot box. no one will know courage.

to make the greatest change in the history of wisconsin and the nation, I don’t need permission from anyone, except you.

stop the gender war by declaring the lGBT to be a religion

This painfull history of hearings and name calling is not necessary.

If I win the election, I intend to propose to the GOP (because they control all legislation) a law to declare the same sex society to be a religion and, thus, their “lifestyle” may not be taught in any wisconsin public school, unless we conduct classes for mormons and islam. No books, no films, no lectures. no more rapes covered up by a campaign of genderizing to avoid jail with a cover story of civil rights.

We will see quickly if the GOP will pass that law, or do nothing from fear of offending the LGBT society. We will all see if they are conservatives. i believe they are not. i believe that is the reason congressman ryan from wisconsin quit the congress: he could not stomach discovering that the majority of the gOP in Washington are themselves “in bed” with the homosexuals one way or other. they call themselves log cabin republicans. Google it and see.

this trouble that i am creating now is as outrageous as Mr. Trump’s change of the name of the Kennedy Center in Washington. But it must be done to save every parent in the Valley from the nightmare of a knock on the door to be told their child has been raped and emancipated in secret courts, stolen from them under the cover story of genderizing, never to return home. that virus is everywhere, except the ballot box.

diversity of decency is not liberty, but slavery. no one ever goes free. they go from indecency to indecency looking for self-esteem. they may be C students in class but successes with the lGBT that tradition does not recognize. diversity and inclusion is a counterfeit imitation of the enobling movement of civil rights and liberties as dangerous and as demonic as satan’s invitation to the master to throw himself from the Roof of the temple to prove his divinity. but The United States does not need to throw its children to their deaths to prove liberty in america.

california declared scientology, which is really a business, as a religion at Church of Scientology of California v. Cazares, 638 F.2d 1272 (5th Cir. 1981). New york declared a club as a religion even though they did not require a belief in god, like the same sex society of today. Matter of New York Society for Ethical Culture v. Spatt, 51 N.Y.2d 449, 415 N.E.2d 922 (1980). washington declared the wicca witch group to be a religion at First Covenant Church of Seattle v. City of Seattle, 120 Wash. 2d 203 (1992). we can do it too. Parents, your children are under attack. you must do something, legal. This is it. help me to help them. this is the meaning of “clean the swamp” that is otherwise a mystery.

I would also propose for school districts to hire apprentice teaching assistants as tutors and chaperones, even law enforcement deputies, paid union wages from money saved by eliminating assembly districts, to be tutors for every child in every grade school to protect their charges from attacks by racial gangs and same sex indoctrination in every part of every school day so no student is left alone with any other student in school without supervision close enough to hear every word, and also to help every student to succeed in every class. last century the u.s. supreme court ordered bussing to mix children with races to eliminate bias. I believe it is time to order tutors and chaperones to protect those children from threats of rape and genderizing and death in every public school.

We need to re-dedicate this state to the commitment to education that it had as a territory in 1846. that will do it. I would also invite every legislator to assign a portion of her salary to pay for this new program no matter what the state court does. I would like to call it the Wisconsin Secret Service, to protect kids from the time they leave home until they come back home. Harm not the little ones, for of these if the Kingdom of God.

teamsters will help. we will give the entire cadre of apprentice tutors the right to vote for unionizing. they will protect our children to learn academic content and to train for jobs, not gangs, not genders.

Saving our seniors With unlimited bankruptcy exemptions

I would also propose a new law for GOP support, since support by my fellow democrats would be a waste of time because they have no power, to raise the bankruptcy exemptions this state grants. the GOP has had decades to do this and would not. the republican legislator for this district had two years to make that proposal and he would not. It takes a Democrat.

an exemption saves a property from being taken away by a bankruptcy court and given to creditors and paying state and federal taxes.

some states have exemptions for one primary home, the homestead exemption, that have no ceiling at all. Iowa Code § 561.16; Tex. Prop. Code § 41.001; Kan. Stat. Ann. § 60-2301; Okla. Const. art. XII § 1.

some also grant up to $4,000 extra as an exemption for savings separate from the home. wisconsin allows only $75,000 as an exemption for one home. Wis. Stat. § 815.20. ridiculous when houses cost at least $750,000. we can offer unlimited protection to cover the home no matter what it is worth. the GOP are supposed to be champions of the wealthy. but not in wisconsin.

I propose increasing the homestead protection to unlimited, no matter how much the home is worth. I also propose setting a separate savings exemption to match at least the value of the home, or at least $100,000 indexed to increase to match inflation, for those with or without a home to protect. in other words, if your home is worth $1 million, the exemption should protect that $1 million home from attachment and sale by the bankruptcy court and also protect $1 million of savings the same way which increases with inflation. that is a decision federal bankruptcy law gives to states already. illinois and maryland protect a paltry $4,000 and $6,000 of savings. We can do better.

But it takes a democrat to do it. Myself or my opponent. Either one will work. This is the plan. if he prevails he need only follow my plan and it will save everyone’s home and life savings in bankruptcy.

i have been through 15 years of hundreds of bankruptcy hearings and i know it well. no GOP member of this state legislature knows this. no one should retire or get injured and lose everything just because they cannot work again. remember when you go to the polls in november that your legislators did not even think about this and did not care to. remember this came from a JFK democrat. Each evening from september to september, before you drift asleep upon your cot, think back on all the tales you remember, of camelot.

We will open The floodgates of investment with bankruptcy law

this bankruptcy change alone, once we pay to tell the investment world by ads in the wall street journal, the paris match, and other international papers, will also open the floodgates for investors to come into wisconsin because they will know their homes and savings will have the greatest protection here than anywhere else in the world. a new gold rush, to wisconsin. in five years this state will rival california for investment.

I spent years as an investment advisor. in my first year for merrill lynch i was in the top 1% in the nation for opening new accounts because i know what investors want. they want more than anything security that i propose now. we need not ask what our country can do for wisconsin anymore. with this change alone we are asking what we can do for our country.

our nation and the world will respond. we will have investors come here from all over the world to create the influx of money that we need to fund my wisconsin secret service and our state education to devote time and money to the disabled and the C students who might otherwise turn to the LGBT for self-esteem they lost in class.

henry ford ushered in a transportation revolution in this nation with cars. this change in the bankruptcy laws, alone, can create a similar revolution in investment in this state. housing shortage? you bet. a massive shortage will result because new people will run to wisconsin. But they will pay to build homes.

I propose this now, before anyone else has even thought about it, to suggest i know how to build this state to a banquet of chances because I know government and i also know investment. you decide. do i?

when i was a white house intern i learned the national association of manufacturers can assign a team to identify for our wisconsin secret service, our tutors, industries lost to the red chinese that we can recover and return to this country. to wisconsin. here. we need not wait for washington to do anything. they will not. so, my stupid intern work for the president has value decades later. i forgot none of it. our students with tutor direction can re-start the electric scooter industry here and generate competition to undercut the chinese dictatorship.

saving our homes

i would also propose to the GOP a law to create state vouchers for tax angels. those are they who fill the gaps in funding created by budget cuts. we cannot pomise to stop republican legislators in the majority from cutting programs and costs. That is what they do.

They have to. the majority of the wealthy are chased by bankruptcy. In my work for merrill lynch, my clients complained regularly that they were only 60 days away from insolvency. nor can we pretend everyone with a boat is rich. the two most important days in a boat owner’s life are the day she buys the boat, and the day she sells it. the weight of wealth is a burden. the rich must advertise their wealth even if it is fragile to keep up appearances to generate relationships that make money. we must not make it worse. the wealthy need relief like the poor.

In my opinion anyone who says they will fight to keep all the programs alive and funded is representing more than they can do unless my bankruptcy laws take effect. Do or do not. anyone who says in a flyer “i will fight for our values” is suspect. what values? and there is no fight. Democrats are not in the majority. so they cannot fight for anything. if the numbers of dems and gOP were 50-50 which I would propose for new districts, or if they were in court making arguments, then the word “fight” would be fair. not yet.

I would ask the GOP legislators to pass my law to allow any resident to pay the bill to keep services running that are cut by the republicans. like parks, rather than closing them. Then if that resident is unable to pay her property tax in a future year, the market value of that contribution to run the park would be allowed by voucher to cover the missing property tax so she does not lose her home. property tax increases are taking homes from people unfairly. counties are breaking peoples’ savings that way. This will help.

There is much we can do to make wisconsin the powerhouse of the nation. and when we do, the nation will follow. the domestic policy, the tax policy, the education policy, and the foreign policy of the united states will follow what we do here, because as wisconsin goes, so goes the nation. and we can start all of it in the chippewa valley with you.
